Forgefire Connect Shipping Policy

All product ordered via Forgefire Connect are made-to-order. We strive to ship all orders within 14 days business days of the order (international orders may take up to 21 days) using the customer-specified shipping method whenever possible. Production and shipping during holiday periods, or during periods of intense demand, may take substantially longer to process. 

All orders ship from Minnesota, U.S.A. .

PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO Carrier Limitations

Note that many carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes and may not be able to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your delivery address includes any of the above, and you specify a non-compliant shipping option during your checkout, we will change the shipping method to the equivalent USPS option.

UK and EU Orders

To create a cost-effective and expedient shipping service to the UK and Europe, Forgefire consolidates all UK and EU orders below $150 in value into a weekly FedEx air shipment. Upon arrival in Europe, individual orders are rapidly distributed to local carriers for final delivery.

UK VAT
Forgefire will charge and collect VAT on all orders to the UK of value GBP135 or less. For any order above GBP135, the customer will be responsible for UK Import VAT.

EU VAT
Forgefire will charge and collect VAT on all orders to the EU of EU150 or less. For any order above EU150, the customer will be responsible for EU Import VAT.
