Forgefire Connect is committed to providing excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@forgefire.games.
All products sold on Forgefire Connect are manufactured as "print on demand" specifically for you on behalf of our publishing partners.
Due to differences in printing equipment and techniques used to produce quality print-on-demand items, all products sold by Forgefire Connect may vary substantially in color, cut, and paper from products offered by our publishing partners. Forgefire does not guarantee exact compatibility with preexisting products from our publishing partners, or from prior products purchased from Forgefire Connect.
As every product is made to-order, Forgefire Connect does not allow product returns. All sales are final.
If you receive a product from Forgefire Connect with a manufacturing defect (unrelated to compatibility with any pre-existing product, read above), one or more missing items/components, or one damaged in shipping, please contact support@forgefire.com. We will use our best efforts to replace, of credit you for the missing/damaged items.
Some products sold by Forgefire Connect may be "unique" or contain randomized content. If such a products is missing/damaged, Forgefire Connect cannot replace the exact content. Instead, Forgefire may provide a new specimen of the missing/damaged product with different content, or will provide you a refund.
Forgefire may require you to provide photographic evidence of damaged products and relevant shipping containers/packaging prior to issuing a refund or replacement, so that we may be collect damages from the freight carrier.
